Where is Dhaka

Dhaka is the capital city of Bangladesh. Many peoples in the world do not know even where is Bangladesh. But most of them are known about India. For them it may be helpful post. This blog post can help to know about Dhaka and Bangladesh.

Since 1858 sub continent was in British rule. In 1947 British was forced to escape from this region. In 1947 India and Pakistan the two nations were created  from British rule. Then Bangladesh was called East Pakistan. Because it was located on eastern site of India.

Due to  Pakistani oppression policy and negligence attitude toward  East Pakistan this region was neglected economically, and socially. So people of East Pakistan were not  satisfied on Pakistani ruler. Adoption of wrong policy by Pakistani leaders this country was thrown  into broken Pakistan later.

Bangladesh name has come from Pakistan's wrong administration, otherwise Bangladesh and Pakistan could be one state in the world. Due to Pakistani Junta's brutal firing game on 21ST February in 1952 East Pakistani people thought and decided in their mind that Pakistan may not be their brother or friend.

So, though independence war was occurred in 1971 but seed of Independence war was sown in 1952.  Though it is heard that Bangladesh has got independence just for 9 months fighting but actually they have fought against Pakistan 19 years. In that war Bangladesh lost 3 million peoples. It's a short story of Bangladesh. The capital city of Bangladesh is Dhaka.
