Symphony Mobile Cusomer Care is very bad

Symphony is one of the largest mobile phone maker in Bangladesh. They have many models of mobile. Their phone quality is not so developed yet. I bought a phone but just after one year it goes out of order.

I went to Mohakhali Symphony mobile phone service center. They took 15 days to repair that mobile hone. But after 15 days when I went to collect the phone they said the phone is  not repaired yet. It is really matter of frustration that they took 15 days but they could not repair it.

Well, they could not repair it but at least they should inform the client that it will take few more days or few more weeks but they did not do that. Customer have to go to know the situation of their mobile. So, their customer care is very poor. Very rubbish. They are oppressing the symphony mobile phone users in Bangladesh.

Customer should be treated very highly otherwise the Symphony mobile company will loose its customers. People will buy rather other company's mobile if they do not develop their customer care soon.
