Grameen Phone Internet Review

GP or GrameenPhone is the biggest mobile operator in Bangladesh. This company has majority subscriber in the country. The company has been trying to sell Internet connection among pc or phone users but due to slow speed and disturbances the popularity of GP internet is going down.

Recently it is also noticeable that the GP has limited its customer care. Now after twelve a.m you cannot talk with GP customer care officer. Not only that GP customer care and Internet technical section has been showing negligence of their duty.

The most strange is that no grameenphone staff can tell how long will it take to repair to come in normal situation of Internet connection.

Within the last two weeks I complained three times from 121 about my Internet connection problem. The problem is, very frequently the line is going to be disconnected. I cannot work more than 10 minutes at a stretch. After disconnection the command comes with The connection has timed out.

Professional like data entry worker, home based worker, and SME enterprise are badly affected from this disturbances. I think GP authority should care this problem with proper respect towards customer, otherwise its customer will divert to purchase another internet connection or internet modem from others ISP.
