Hanif Transport Services

Hanif transport is one of the among other transport companies and intercity bus companies in Bangladesh. But the customer service of Hanif is very worse. We are frustrated to see the management system of Hanif Paribahan for intercity bus services.

 Yesterday my son was traveling from Dhaka to Jessore along with laptop by coach no 26 of Hanif Enterprise started on 10 am from Kallyanpur. After arrival ferry ghat he got down to eat some food at the restaurant of ferry. Just ten minutes after when he came back he could not find his laptop. He lost his laptop. The price of that laptop was around 50,000 Taka. At the same time he lost important data and content which was very important.

If  personal belongings are not safe and secured  in a bus how can people travel by Hanif Bus. People like good security system inside the bus. If Hanif does not improve its security system inside the bus then people will avoid hanif intercity bus services in Bangladesh.

Normally when a bus arrives at ferry ghat people get out from the bus and it is very usual. Bus authority should have security system to take care of the people's belongings at that time. Negligence towards people's asset inside the bus is really frustrating matter.

As a bus company Hanif should care about valuable things of his bus passengers. Otherwise it will loose it passengers in the transport market in Bangladesh. People will move from Hanif to other intercity bus companies in Bangladesh.

When people get out from the bus Hanif authority should  have instruction for the bus supervisor or helper to guard people's belonging.

Normally in empty bus on ferry ghat the hockers do not go inside the bus but how the laptop was stolen at that time? Normally the question arises that the Bus supervisor, helper or other passengers have stolen the laptop at that time.

Thief could be traced easily if there is CC Camera system inside the bus. So, Hanif can consider about CC Camera installation to apprehend the thief inside the bus. They can also instruct the bus supervisors that they will take care the belongings of the passengers when  passengers are not there inside the bus at ferry ghat.

They should at least remind bus passengers for stealing incident in the bus. they should announce in the bus before passengers getting  out from the bus at ferry ghat about caring their belongings by their own responsibility.

We are frustrated to see the management system of intercity bus services from HANIF ENTERPRISE. They are earning and living on passengers money but doing nothing for the passengers welfare.

I called at 9028955 the bus counter number but the receiver could not give me any satisfactory answer rather he insulted the passenger. Hanif should improve their customer services.

We hope respecting government agency will introduce a unique policy for Intercity bus services and Transport service companies in Bangladesh based on passenger's  belongings safety and security.
